You don't need fancy equipment or much space in order to keep in shape. The following infographic outlines my most popular Bodyweight Workout Challenge. The full challenge requires 50 repetitions of each exercise. For beginners I would advise that you start with 10, 15 or 20 reps of each and build up to the full amount over time. This workout is very demanding so I would recommend that you take a days rest between each workout.
