Iron Man may actually be one of the more believable superhero stories. A billionaire builds himself a super powerful exoskeleton suit? Of course that can happen! Money buys you anything, right? Well, the people at TechNewsDaily put together this handy infographic that tells you how close to being real each of Iron Man's capabilities are. Exoskeletons are already in development for the military, while Siri is a decent precursor to Jarvis. Paladium was used in the 80s to build cold fusion reactors and researchers are working on plasma-based weapons tech for militaries across the world. The biggest stretch are the thrusters and creating new elements for a new reactor core. When scientists make a new element it's often super unstable, while thrusters powering human flight are a theory at this point. And hey, it would take a while to make them so small.
